Our Story

The 3 Lakes Properties Standard

Our family fell in love with Grand Lake's peaks, deep-blue water, and mountain-town spirit years ago. Today we manage a selection of vacation homes here, from pine-shaded cabins to lakeside retreats, and we're glad to share this place with you.

What We Value

What We Believe

A warm welcome, a clean home, and honest local tips go a long way. We know the trails, the best spots on the lake, and the places worth the drive. As locals, we share all of it freely. The little things matter to us, and we think they'll matter to you too.

Lake Views

Many of our homes sit above the water with open decks facing Grand Lake. Wake up to it in the morning, watch the light shift all evening.

Year-Round

Soak under the stars after a day on the trails. Hot tubs are a staple across our homes, kept warm and ready whether it's July or January.

Ridge-top cabins and floor-to-ceiling windows put the peaks right in front of you. Snow-capped summits visible from the couch or the deck.
