Epic Views of Grand Lake | Minutes to RMNP

Thanks for the stay

Overall, this was a nice place to stay and very convenient location, just minutes from the RMNP entrance and the town of Grand Lake. The condo is a bit dated, but it was as shown in the pictures, so there was no problem there with us. The only issues that we had was that the tile grout in the shower was dirty in places and the washing machine was full of mold. However, we made Catherine aware of the situation and she was very responsive and expressed genuine concern. She tried to get a cleaning crew out, but could not as we were leaving the next day. Therefore, she offered a partial refund or a free night, which was appreciated. Other than these issues, the stay was pleasant. I feel confident that Catherine will take care of the cleaning issues before the next guest. She seemed very concerned and wanted to take care of the issues. That being said, if the shower and washing machine are taken care of, I would definitely recommend this condo as a place to stay.

We had a great three days at 174 Tall Pines Circle. The kitchen was well stocked. The location of the unit is convenient to Highway 34 and is a short drive to downtown Grand Lake and the National Park. (Make sure you understand the Timed Entry System.). The view of Grand Lake from the deck is spectacular, complete with fireworks on one of the nights we were there. The unit is not luxurious, but was great for our needs. When we come back to RMNP, we will certainly consider booking with Three Lakes Properties at this location.
